By humankind’s natural condition, it makes sense and is pono (right)  to embrace and value ”Peace” for all.  Here is an opportunity for each one of you to engage in a peace event and  be an integral and memorable part in the creation of the largest Human Peace Sign in Honolulu, Hawaii set to break the world’s record.

Imagine you, your family and friends coming together at Kapiolani Park for a once-in-a-lifetime moment symbolizing world peace from Hawaii to the rest of the world.   Also, picture yourself walking down a red carpet and taking a memorable photo supporting World Peace which can virally spread the Aloha from Hawaii then globally.  Be there and watch firsthand, as 6,000 humans engaged in designing a “Human Peace Sign”.

Participate on your phone and tweet, FB and Pinterest and Instagram, the happenings throughout the event creating engagement, entertainment, rave positive feedback and BE a part of setting a world record

There will be an International Rotary Global Peace Forum Hawaii, “The Green Path to Peace” held at the Hawaii Convention Center four days after this event.

What could be a better way to “Be the Change You Want to See in the World” than to BE THERE and spread Word-of-Mouth now for World Peace?

In celebration of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day and celebrating the 25^th Anniversary of the holiday in Hawaii – JOIN THE CHALLENGE as UNITED NATIONS Association (UNA) – Hawaii make the World’s Largest Human Peace Sign with community partners unite to create the World’s Largest Peace Sign comprised of 6,000 intergenerational persons – children, youth, moms, dads and especially grandparents. Together, let’s break the World Record of 5,814.

DETAILS:

When: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday – Monday, January 21, 2013, starts at 9am coming down Kalakaua.
Watch for the World Peace Plan Float in the parade and join in if you like

Where: Kapiolani Park (enter where the banner is waving sign says, “World Peace…”)
Time: 10am Peace Sign Volunteers to gather
